Wellspent helps people cut doomscrolling. You set time budgets for the apps that eat your day, and it interrupts with a short full-screen check-in in a tone you pick, plus a progress score and a few short exercises.

The screen-time features live in a native Swift SDK. I wrapped that SDK for React Native with native modules, so a React Native app can use the same features without rewriting the Swift.

Most of the work was the bridge: native APIs on one side, JavaScript on the other, clean enough to drop in.
